Every Board Has A Story is a multifaceted feature length documentary about the evolution of surf boards and the current efforts to produce environmentally friendly boards. The project’s mission is to honour the past while creating an opportunity, an inspiration, and a call to action for environmentally conscious alternatives.

They require funding to get this project off the ground – we’re backing them and hope you will too. Back from South Java and just wanted to let you know that the Paipo and hand plane made all the difference.

Big high sitting in the middle of the Indian Ocean blocked the swell we thought we might score so we only got small intermitant waves.

Heaps of locals and a couple of seppos stayng at the same place all had a blast on the Paipo as well!

Our buddies in New Zealand are working to protect the Blueskin Bay surfing area of Otago, which is home to the world-class surf breaks Murdering Bay, Aramoana, and Karitane. One of the primary export ports in the region, Port Otago Ltd, is seeking a coastal permit to dispose dredged material offshore, which could have disastrous effects on the breaks.
