Shipping Policy
We endeavour to provide an efficient and cost effective delivery service for all goods. Due to the range of size and weight of different items, we use a number of different carriers.

Small items are usually sent with Australia Post in 500g and 3kg prepaid satchel bags. Medium-large items are usually sent with Fastway Couriers and large items such as surfboards and blanks are sent with TNT. However, we do use different couriers and options if they are cost effective. For delivery of larger items, we will usually contact you to notify you of the delivery method, date and cost. You may have to collect surfboards and larger items from local depots if they cannot be delivered to your door.

All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours of payment. If there is to be a delay in shipping the goods of more than 7 days, we will endeavour to contact and notify you of the reason for the delay. If goods are out of stock or cannot be shipped within 10 days, we will notify you of the estimated delivery date and give you the option of receiving a full refund or waiting for the items.

Goods will be sent by a service provider of our choice. Delivery will usually be made during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Small parcels will be left in letterboxes and with larger items they will normally be left at the front door or a note will may also be left, advising you to phone the courier company and organise a redelivery or pickup from your local depot.

Once the goods have been delivered to your nominated address, you are responsible in full. If the courier service leaves a note for collection, you are responsible for arranging to collect the item and paying any fees associated with that collection. If there is any damage to your goods, please advise us immediately.

Return Policy

1.Where the product is faulty or not as described, we will provide a refund in full up to 14 days after the items have been received.

2.If the items are not returned within 14 days, the refund is at our sole discretion and may or may not be granted.

3.Before returning any item, contact must be made with us via phone or email and we will provide instructions for returning the item and information about your refund.

4.If the product is not faulty and is as described, but the customer wants to return it because it was incorrectly ordered, we will happily exchange the item for another of equal or lesser value as long as it is in stock.

5.Incorrectly ordered goods will be returned at the customer’s expense.

6.If incorrectly ordered goods are returned in an unsaleable condition, they will not be accepted and not exchange or refund will be given.
