The Wave Tribe research crew has done a lot of surf travel to test this travel bag. Not a bad day job taking surf trips to South Africa, Brazil, Peru, Chile, Indonesia, Costa Rica, and Mexico all in the name of “research & development” huh. Well, consequently, their bags have been beat up like a Mike Tyson opponent—and survived.

After 5 design generations of this bag we feel it’s damn good and you will too.

Wave Tribe’s mantra with each generation has been to:

In the current generation they’ve added more padding to the bag itself increasing it from 12 to 15 mm. They also included more padding in the shoulder straps and then even added padding to the board separator inside these comfy bags. Additionally they strengthened the top carry handle, adding heavy duty stitching—’always improving’ is their motto.

The Wavetribe Eco Global Travel Bag is also made from quality hemp and recycled plastic, so you can feel good about doing your part in supporting ecology and the green surfing movement.
