Natural Bamboo Glassing Fabric for Surfboards. Greenlight Bamboo Glassing Fabric can be used with all types of foam and resin. Greenlight Surf Supply has the absolute best material for environmentally friendly glassing.

  • 6 ft (1.8m) or 9ft (2.7m) pre-cut length of bamboo fabric.
  • Natural Bamboo Fabric is supplied 60″ wide

The bamboo fiberglass stretches to approx 125% from its original dimensions – you can glass a surfboard with approx 25% less fabric than any other material – with the same strength. It is specially knitted so it will stretch in multiple directions allowing it to lap around rails very easily and creates a spring-like tension in the outer skin of a surfboard.

With the stretch glassing process developed by Greenlight, you can cut this 60″ wide fabric to three widths according to your design’s dimensions, yielding plenty of fabric for 1 bottom lamination and two top laminations.
